Rizzetta Real Estate will assist you in every step of the way from identifying properties that meet your criteria to preparing a feasibility study to overseeing construction and renovation, assisting you in leasing and building maintenance, or developing an exit strategy for the project and will market and sell your property.

Site Selection 

Discover and select the properties that meet your needs and goals, no matter the budget, size or goals.

Due Diligence

Conduct all neccesary due diligence by performing calculations, reviewing documents, procuring insurance, walking the property, etc., before you make any purchases.

Acquisition

Assist you in all aspects of the acquisition of the property, including property appraisal and negotiation.

Site Design

Develop the site design and layout, including the parking, landscaping, etc., based on your needs and goals. 

Entitlements

Obtain the legal rights conveyed by approvals from governmental entities to develop a property for the use, intensity, building type or building placement you are intending. 

Building Design

Develop the plan and infrastructural integrity, the building necessities including storerooms, offices, meeting rooms and the unique requirements such as elevators, cafeterias, and large bathrooms, while considering the safety of the building and the attendants. 

Construction

Facilitate relationships and quotes with architects, construction contractors, plumbing and electrical professionals, project timeline and costs associated, the procurement of materials, and more.

Leasing & Sales

Provide listings, walk-through's and negotiations in regards to the lease or sale terms and contracts.

Building Maintenance

Maintain the building and property including HVAC and mechanical, landscape and grounds, cleaning services, electrical and lighting, parking and more.
